I am writing to you from Catalina Foothills School District in Tucson, Arizona, USA.We teach Chinese in our school district and we want to purchase items to support students' learning about Chinese language and culture. We also want to purchase costumes that can be used in our community performances each year.
State law requires us to follow certain regulations when we purchase items from vendors. Do you accept Purchase Orders from school districts? If so, could you supply us with a copy of your W-9 form so that we can begin the process of getting you on our approved vendor list?
