How long does shipping take?
Custom-made costumes typically take 2-4 weeks for production, plus 5-10 business days for international shipping via EMS. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

How do I care for my traditional costume?
Most silk and embroidered costumes should be dry-cleaned only. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use padded hangers for robes and hang skirts by the waistband. For Hanfu with delicate embroidery, wrap in acid-free tissue paper. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth.
What is your return policy?
Since each costume is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. However, if there is a quality defect or the costume differs significantly from the description, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
